By purchasing, downloading, or using SW Gear Generator ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tatis Engineering regarding the Software.
Upon purchase, Tatis Engineering grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use SW Gear Generator on up to two (2) machines for the personal use of a single named engineer.
You may not:
SW Gear Generator and all related materials, including documentation, algorithms, and visual design, are the exclusive intellectual property of Tatis Engineering. The gear models and SolidWorks files generated by the Software are owned by you, the licensee.
Your license includes free updates and bug fixes for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Email support is included for the duration of this period. After one year, updates may require a renewal purchase at a discounted rate.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Tatis Engineering does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. The generated gear geometry should be verified by a qualified engineer before use in any safety-critical application.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tatis Engineering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Tatis Engineering is registered.
