We do not require a reason for your refund request. If the Software didn't meet your needs, we'd rather you get your money back than feel stuck with something that isn't working for you.
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number or the email address used at checkout. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Funds are returned via the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.
Upon processing a refund, your license key will be deactivated and you should uninstall the Software from all machines.
Refunds will not be issued for purchases made more than 3 days prior to the request, or where there is evidence of license abuse or redistribution. If you're experiencing a technical issue, please reach out to support first — we're often able to resolve problems quickly.
